Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they enter the preparation stage.
If your order has not yet been packed or prepared for dispatch, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund without deductions.

Once order preparation has started, cancellations will no longer be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
2. Advance Payment Requirement & Order Confirmation
To ensure efficient processing, a minimum advance payment of £100 is required for all orders.
This payment allows us to confirm and begin preparing your order
If cancelled before preparation, the full amount will be refunded
If cancelled after preparation without a valid reason, the advance payment will not be refunded
This amount is retained to cover costs such as procurement, labour, and operational time.
We maintain records of the preparation process, which can be provided upon request.
3. Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order carefully upon delivery.
If you receive:
Missing items
Damaged products
Incorrect items
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Unfortunately, claims made after this period may not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Discounted or promotional items
Perishable goods requiring temperature-controlled storage (due to food safety regulations)
5. Refund Process
If any items are:
Missing
Damaged
Or have an unacceptably short expiry date
We will offer a full refund for those specific items.
To request a refund:

Provide clear photographic evidence

Once approved, we will issue either:
A credit note (deducted from your next invoice), or
A direct bank transfer refund, upon request
